Continue readingThe Bandage sofa is a smart product for offices or homes. When members of Bogdanova Bureau team started to design this piece of furniture, they first of all thought about the comfort. The first thing, which you imagine when you think about the sofa is a dozen uncomfortable pillows, moving from side to side and making your rest miserable. Design team seen this problem often and decided to fix it with the special bandage system.
Continue readingUnrefined sake is not widely known abroad. Awanawa's mission is to provide genuine sake to people all over the world in a whole new style. The design aims to make this new brand a different genre than Japanese sake. In Japan, distribution in a new technology complex bottle, which has never been done before, can be used to reduce the weight of the product, to shield the light for quality retention, and to represent the fine texture that could not be expressed with conventional technologies. It was possible. With this design, designer wants people overseas to experience the fresh taste of sake.

The size that allows the traveller to maximize packing but keeping the weight in limit within airline regulations. A zipper-less design was engineered in an unbreakable polycarbonate shell with an aluminum frame and corners to protect against travel wounds. It's perfect for a 1-3 week trip. It has an anti-microbial interior lining and 60 mm wide whisper-quiet wheels that allow you to glide through the airport.
Continue readingElle Decor India approached designers to design an art installation to celebrate their 18th anniversary in India. The art installation was put up at India design week expo and witnessed by visitors across the country. This interactive installation conveys significance of being eighteen years old and relates it to a common man. Eighteen is not just a number but a realisation to know and feel what is mirage and the real. Mirror alphabets in the spelling of eighteen were composed to form a cube that gives multiple dimensions and insights to viewer. Witnessing kaleidoscope of reflections is fun.

The blue gradient on the shoulder would reflexing blue aura on the Crystal Mountain - Dragon Mountain of China, Tianshan. Together with the Lucid pattern on the box abstracted from Dunhuang cave painting, the wood Chinese traditional stopper as a contrast, the design shows an heavenly peace of Chinese Aesthetic.
