The key difference is the simplicity and transparency cause of the adult target group. we decided to show the basics of a fruity lemonade in a modern/adult way: fruits and ice printed on a special transparency-label - unique in the lemonade-market. “Die Limo“ (i.e. the lemonade) is the first lemonade by Granini. And as we have named it „Die Limo“, it obviously could not look like an ordinary lemonade.
Continue readingSID LEE Toronto developed the brand identity and packaging design for Blue Goose, a Canadian-based organic and natural food company that specializes in high quality beef, chicken and fish. Design inspiration came from visiting a Blue Goose farm in British Columbia; seeing the land, the environment, and how well the animals were being treated. The brand’s story is embedded in all aspects of its identity and packaging, with the use of hand-drawn illustrations to provide a rich and detailed representation of the natural environment and excellent conditions in which the animals were raised.
Continue readingSteam is a stove-top tea maker. It brews tea by passing hot water pressurized by steam through stacked kettles. Reflecting upon tea culture in east, Steam has stacking teapots specially designed for tea preparation. Larger lower kettle is filled with water to boil, and then boiled water evaporates into upper kettle, steeping loose-leaf tea blend rather slowly. When desired amount is collected in upper part, switch on top is turned to stop water transfer. Serving is made using two kettles with poured tea and water to dilute, therefore allowing user to adjust the strength of drink.

Continue readingRising Moon is a temporary pavilion designed to serve as an anchor attraction during the 2013 Hong Kong Mid-Autumn Festival. It re-interpret traditional paper lanterns with recycled plastic bottles on the same time creating a Synthetic Moon, thus promoting the message of environmental protection. Rising Moon offered strong visual impact with sound and lighting effects externally and internally. The design received the Gold Award at the Lantern Wonderland Design Competition.
Continue readingReminiscent of the vintage splendour of the 50s and 60s, the inspiration for this project comes primarily from the simply rugged design of these age-old motorbikes. However, in fitting with modern society's ecological ideals, the Black Shadow H-E utilises hybrid technology, producing a modern, environmentally friendly bike that draws on the simplistic beauty of vintage styling. Combining old styling with new and future technology, the motorcycle maximises the use of a range of materials whilst maximising the power to weight ratio.
