Function combines sales office and gallery, The Shard was design to interact with people in an more inclusive and open way. The use of the unit components of the aluminum thousand paper crane on the facade emphasizes its artistry. The desire is to create events for Chongqing city by taking architecture as the carrier, so that to drive the public's sense of participation and interaction, and bring vitality to the community and society.
Continue readingThe Majestic Watch is the greatest project design developed by Andre Caputo. This brings in itself the essence of his personal brand that gather magic, fantasy and wonderful feelings. It brings together elements such as vintage time, Christmas, fantasy, magic, candies, happiness, fun, entertainment, curiosity and passion. Each part of the watch was designed in such a way that it alluded to a certain element, past or feeling. We can even imagine that it only needs to snow inside the watch to make it magical and wonderful.
Continue readingBy adjusting the typeface, the Tsingtao logo has been upgraded, adding elements like a cast matching with a gold and wooden texture. A family-crest-like totem is created, offering an authentic historical touch. The illustration is recreated from a Gold Certificate won by Tsingtao from the 1906s Beer Championship in Munich; composed of lilacs, wheat, butterflies, beer barrels and the goddess Hestia; from afar, sits the Tsingtao factory, museum, brewing masters in carriages and another goddess.

Continue readingShuifa's four "stones" arrangement design is inspired by Wang Wei's verse of “Rain passes in the pristine mountain, refreshing autumn evening. Moon shines among the pine, clear spring flows on stones”. The main structure is assembled out of white perforated panels, the density of the perforation of the plate gradually changes from top to bottom according to the function of the building interior. More transparency is given to display area, and less for office space. In general, this subtle gradual change in transparancy creates a pure cultural motifs.
