Note Bench

Note

It is a bench designed for open public spaces. The covers on it can rotate on their own axis. In this way, two different colors are used and the top surface of the bench becomes suitable for the use of a text or pattern. The top surface of the bench is a surface consisting of 7x27 circles. This surface provides a writing or drawing area for people to leave notes, draw figures and express their feelings, even if temporarily.

Fold Bench

Fold

Fold is a public bench that also serves as a table. The design is formed from a piece of plywood folded back on itself at an angle. Optique Bench

Optique

The Optique bench was designed to be a functional art piece. The focus of this design lies in its visual aspect, hence the name, Optique. Being designed in Africa, it carries some of the properties of nature and wildness. It captures the attention as it gives the impression of movement and being alive. The Optique Bench is made out of many separate pieces of solid wood which gets cut, sanded, prepared, oiled and then glued together and like a puzzle gets built up into a solid furniture piece.

Forrest Bench

Forrest

Forrest is a monolithic bench which bases its elegance to the minimal and clean shape and to its projecting structure covered with porcelain stoneware that embellishes the surfaces. Thanks to these elements, it's possible to perfectly emulate any stone, wood or metal while maintaining the technical advantages (durability, lightness, resistance, etc.) that such materials usually do not provide. The structure is completed by the lightened corten support made almost evanescent by plasma cutted textures and by the led light placed under the projection that offers pleasant plays of shadows.

Petit Duc Bench

Petit Duc

Petit Duc is a bench designed for both outdoor and indoor use. The seat is a tablet of shale sandstone, a local stone quarried near Malmedy in Belgium. The stone blocks are cut, machined and polished, and the chamfers are shaped by hand. The tablet rests on slender legs of metallized steel with a powder coating that resists corrosion and ultraviolet light. The bench measures 2000 mm in length and weighs 80 kg. Four finishes are offered: raw, honed light, honed dark and sanded. The aim was to give new value to a local material.

Carbon Activated Timber Bench

Carbon Activated Timber

Carbon Activated Timber Bench is designed for public areas and is made from reclaimed wood planks. It challenges the notions of weight and stability. While the volume of the wood planks appears as seemingly massive blocks, they are only loosely connected and in an unstable state. Tiny threads of carbon fibres tie the massive blocks together to give them their stability. They also reinforce the blocks to even add strength to the wood planks.
