Less Is More

Less Is More is a sales center located in the center of Wenling City. The interior covers 380 square meters and is arranged on two floors that remain independent yet support each other. Simplicity guides the design, and geometric art installations replace complex decorative elements. Wide blank surfaces let light define the space. The reception area is placed to one side, so visitors first see the large sand table. A minimalist marble counter and background wall, green plants and hanging art installations complete the interior.

Lanwan Mansion

Lanwan Mansion is a sales center located in Yangzhou, China, a city with a long history. The interior is themed on a dream of fairy tales. At the lobby entrance, macaron-colored fairy tale figures and polygonal creatures simplify the atmosphere of the space. A cloud installation adds artistic elements to the interior and refines the soft and dreamy style. Colorful acrylic sculptures stand beside the stone sand table, while mirror walls and metal lines expand the sense of space. The design offers a calm place away from daily stress.

Winner Land Mansion

Winner Land Mansion is a sales center for a residential property in Tianjin, China. The interior serves as a sand table display area, a negotiation area and a lounge. A wave-shaped installation hangs above the sand table area and gives the space an artistic character. Natural light enters through large glass surfaces and links people, nature and the building. The tea tasting area combines books with a lattice wall. The bar lounge uses wood with light and shadow effects. The children's area uses bright colors.

Aoka

Aoka Sales Office is a sales center in Xianyang, China, covering 12814 square meters. The interior combines modern simplicity with art, using curves, light and shadow, stone forms and geometric elements. The reception desk has a customized curved shape that resembles a sculpture. Artworks and sculptures are placed through the space, and the negotiation area offers a relaxed atmosphere. Hyperboloid surfaces produce changing light effects under different lighting. The design refers to the cultural heritage of the Qinhan New City.

Yango Ji'an Wenlan Mansion

Yango Ji'an Wenlan Mansion is a sales center converted from a row of street shops. The interior covers 200 square meters and is arranged to receive a large flow of visitors. The layout is inspired by the fluid square plan of the Diamond House, and curved lines are used as three-dimensional surfaces to soften the straight edges of the narrow original space. A long corridor screens most of the interior views. Materials are kept simple and include plain wallpaper, copper skirting, gray marble and brushed gold metal panels, layered and separated by facade LED lighting.

Lights and Shadows

Lights and Shadows is a sales center interior located in Henan, China, completed in 2019 and covering 756 square meters. The reception hall is the main activity space, and its design draws on the essence of ancient architecture. Large areas of wood grating and an art sculpture combine generous forms with elegant detail. In the exhibition area, light and shadow are used together to shape the visitor experience. In the discussion area, light bars create order and repetition. The outdoor space guides movement along a winding route.

The Jinmao Yueshan

The Jinmao Yueshan is a property sales center in Wuxi, China, with a total area of 1300 square meters. The interior follows a new Chinese style that draws on local cultural elements. The layout places the sales space in the front area and the working space at the back. The design takes its inspiration from the nearby mountain and river landscape, Zen, the tea ceremony and calligraphic art. Marble, gray wood finishes, bronze stainless steel components, beige leather, hand-painted wallpaper and wire glass are the main materials. The materials were selected to suit a limited budget.

Parallel Remolding

Parallel Remolding is the interior design of a sales center in Jinan, China, covering 500 square meters. The layout is open and integrated, so the different zones are linked without interfering with each other. Stone and wood are combined with metal within a neoclassical atmosphere, and simplified lines replace complicated carving. Light colors dominate the space, while the walls are shaped as three-dimensional geometric reliefs. The reception desk is largely blank and marked by metal lines. Yuzhou Langham is a sales center located in Foshan City, China, covering an area of 760 square meters. The design is inspired by a jewelry box and introduces modern and contemporary art elements. The spatial layout draws on the traditional Chinese courtyard and reinterprets it as a half-open space with verandas. A surrealist interactive art installation is placed on the veranda. Metal grid screens divide the space while keeping it transparent. The materials include Irish green stone, ceramic tile in three colors and khaki paint board.

Yunhe Park is a sales center in Tianjin, China, covering 335 square meters. The interior is inspired by the whale, a symbol of freedom, and is arranged as an imaginative space hidden inside a fish belly. Wonderful Vision is a residential sales center located in a redevelopment zone in New Taipei City, Taiwan. The interior covers 700 square meters and uses bold colors to express a romantic character. A bamboo atrium meets visitors at the entrance, with the bar as a background and architectural building models placed alongside. Sunlight enters the atrium and softens the boundary between indoor and outdoor space. The VIP rooms are surrounded by water features, and the reflections fall on the glass walls. Decorative walls guide movement and conceal secondary entrances.
