Shan Ling 3 Shoes Packaging

Shan Ling 3 Shoes

Shan Ling 3 is a limited edition packaging box that holds shoes, clothing and accessories for a sports team set. The triangular form differs from common rectangular boxes and lets all items lie flat inside. One box fits shoe sizes from 31 to 43, and the clothing is rolled to prevent wrinkles during transport. Environmentally friendly materials are used, and the reduced volume and weight lower material use and logistics costs. The graphics draw on Chinese calligraphy and on the legend of the carp leaping over the dragon gate, using fish, gate and water as core elements.

Baltija Confectionery Packaging

Baltija

Baltija is a packaging series for a chocolate collection sold in the Baltic region. The name comes from the Lithuanian word for the Baltic Sea, which inspired the design. A lighthouse and a sea scene are illustrated in a classic Victorian style, with wavy forms that suggest the movement of water. No national symbols are used, so the packaging represents the whole region rather than one country. A deep greenish blue tone adds a refined look. The boxes and envelopes are made of paper, printed by offset, and finished with matte varnish and copper foil details.

The Mask that Ate the Virus Virus-eliminating Mask

The Mask that Ate the Virus

Swiss biotech company Livinguard developed a textile for reusable masks that inactivates and eliminates bacteria, fungi, and viruses (incl. Covid 19) upon impact. This idea is brought to life in the packaging: The mask comes in a sterile package. An attached plastic strip animates – when slid up and down – a graphic depiction of a virus that is getting eaten in the process, adding some urgently needed humor in desperate days. To avoid the mix up of masks among family members, and hence cross-contamination, differently colored adjustment clips come in a separate sleeve to customize each mask.

The Dance of Nature Wine Packaging

The Dance of Nature

The Dance of Nature is a set of wine labels created for four wine varieties from four Latin American origins. The labels are printed on recycled self-adhesive paper made with pre-consumer and post-consumer fibers. Each label shows an imaginary landscape where living beings and natural elements exist in balance. The blue hour was painted for the merlot, and the golden hour for the malbec. The artwork was made with watercolors of plant pigments, and the typography was drawn by hand. The labels also serve as a paper sample for wineries and packaging designers.
